1. Wake up.
It may seem obviously silly to suggest waking up, but it is the most important part of your day! If you don't wake up, you won't have a day. How you wake up is the second most important part of the day. Let your feet touching the floor for the first time be a very deliberate and positive experience.
We walk every day, always going somewhere, but maybe we should try walking nowhere every day, even if it isn't very far.
Read, and study. Sharpen the mind. There is never a shortage of things to learn. No human should ever be bored.
This is another silly suggestion, but so many people feel hunger and instantly put anything considered to be "edible" in their stomach. There's a difference between something being palletable and being edible. Being mindful of what you eat every day can transform your life mentally and physically.
For no reason, just stop. Anywhere. Stop, to smell the roses, watch an animal, observe something artistic, experience the sunset. There are many ways to stop, and there is plenty of time to do so.
6. Deep Breathing.
Breathing is the most important thing you do, and you do it all day long. Be mindful of your breath. Every single moment of your life is a breathing exercise. Appreciate it.
Laughter is a moment in which everything disappears.
There are many methods of meditation. All are useful. Meditation can change your life for the better no matter who you are. Do you want your life to change for the better? Practice makes it possible.
9. Brush Your Teeth.
It is the first step of health. I recommend fluoride-free natural toothpastes.
10. Drink More Water.
Water is life. Drink more and feel better. Most tap water is contaminated, so find special sources of just water. Pure H2O minus the harsh stuff.
