GROUP TRAINING BOOTCAMPS
Is your current bootcamp too easy? My style of training is unique and challenging, not just a normal bootcamp. Is your bootcamp too expensive? I maintain low rates for unlimited sessions. Is your bootcamp too crowded? Each of my group locations is kept to less than 10-12 people. I believe in focused training. Indoors?! Indoors is just not sensible! We train in our natural environment- OUTSIDE!
My group training sessions are small, focused, fun, intense, challenging training sessions. All you need to bring is a personal mat, water, and determined desire.
2011 group training in Brushy Creek and Bee Caves locations!
Bee Caves (Bee Caves Central Park): 5:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. $75 per month
Brushy Creek (Champion Park): 5:45pm Mondays and Wednesdays, and 10:00am Saturdays. $99 per month (each session starts on the 1st of each month)

PERSONAL TRAINING:
Personal Training for Athletics and Fitness in the Austin TX area. The unique personal training I offer is based on various unique natural movement utilizing bodyweight training, plyometrics, yoga, medicine ball training, sprinting, rope skipping, stretching, kettlebells, heavy club swinging, and gymnastic rings training. There is no doubt that my training methods will drive you to your physical potential!
I believe that training should be affordable. I maintain low rates. No gym memberships required. No extra fees.
Training rates for private training:
I am currently only accepting trainees that commit to 3 days per week.
3 sessions per week (one month minimum commitment): $105 per week
*South Austin locations.
*I also offer two for one personal training. Do you have a best friend, coworker, or loved one that you would like to train with? Both can train together for the price of one.

Why a trainer? The main job of a trainer is motivation, education, safety, and consistency. Also, many people prefer privacy and focused attention over group training or gyms.
Where? I train people at their home, facility, office, and in the outdoors. I feel that training outside (especially in Austin) is usually the best location and it is where I train most. The whole point is to get out of the gyms!
